This study which focuses on Trinidad and Tobago is designed to provide input to the first ever Caribbean Human Development Report on Citizen Security. The ultimate aim of the United Nations Development Programme’s (UNDP) Human Development Report is to examine those factors which affect human development in various parts of the world, with a view to suggesting policy recommendations which will improve human development.
