The Country Common Assessment (CCA) is analytical and planning instrument developed by the United Nations (UN) to assist the UN County Teams worldwide to identify and formulate joint programme plans. The CCA is intended to analyze the national development situation and to identify key development issues in Trinidad and Tobago. It is meant to support, strengthen and inform the national development planning process and ensure that the UN response at the country level is aligned with national development priorities.
